This activity focuses on the monitoring the progress of Inflight And Planned Projects. For any deviations observed from the contract or budget, the agreed mechanisms must be implemented and stakeholders must be informed.

Description

When each in-scope project has been assessed, Capgemini must continue to monitor progress against agreed plans and budgets. The WIP Lead must track analyze and report progress to the relevant stakeholders. Where a project deviates from the agreed plan and budget, a further assessment of cause together with a plan for remedial or mitigation activities must be prepared and implemented, by the relevant parties, to remedy the situation. This must be as per the agreed governance processes and Responsibility Matrix For In-Scope Projects.

The WIP Lead must keep all the relevant stakeholders informed on the progress and highlight the challenges/issues where additional support is required to accomplish the planned activities.

It is highly recommended to update the lessons learnt repository, wherever required.
